NurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment. Afternoon shifts from 3.30pm - 8pm, 4pm - 9pm. Are YOU ready to feel rewarded after a shift?
We are looking for staff who have:
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently unable to offer sponsorships for this position.
Clinical care that you will provide – full training will be given:
- Chest management
- Moving and handling including the use of a hoist and slide sheets
- Aiding with morning and night time routines including personal care, dressing and washing
- Administering medication
- Assisting with eating and drinking

Once joining us you will be greeted by a member of our highly skilled training team in which they will provide information surrounding dates and structures that work best for you going forward. NurtureCare has a 24/7 on‑call line where you can easily text or call an experienced care member to guide & assist you through any concerns.
