NurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment. 36‑hour, fully flexible day and night shifts, including waking nights.
Qualifications
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
We currently are unable to offer sponsorships for this position.
Clinical Care Responsibilities (full training provided)
- Chest management.
- Moving and handling, including the use of a hoist and slide sheets.
- Aiding with morning and night routines including personal care, dressing and washing.
- Administering medication.
- Assisting with eating and drinking.

- Previous experience working in care.
