What You'll Be Doing
As a Social Care Worker, you will
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
- Support people to access education, employment, leisure activities, and their local community.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with the people you support.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
- Work closely with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to a safe environment.

Essential Requirements

- Health and Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Full UK driving licence.
