We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an ambitious and results-driven 180 Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant to join a successful and busy recruitment desk based in Bury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' recruitment experience who enjoys the candidate delivery side of recruitment and wants to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates for live vacancies, supporting the delivery of results across an established desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates for live roles
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates against vacancy requirements
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Create candidate shortlists for consultants and clients
  • Write and post job adverts across relevant platforms
  • Search CV databases, LinkedIn and job boards
  • Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records on the recruitment CRM
  • Work closely with consultants and account managers to deliver results
  • Meet activity, submission and placement targets

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience
  • Experience as a 180 Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Sourcer or Candidate Consultant
  • A degree or equivalent higher education qualification
  • A competitive mindset and a strong desire to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence speaking with candidates by phone and email
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to work at pace across multiple vacancies
  • A proactive approach to sourcing candidates
  • A resilient, target-driven and positive attitude
