We are working with a globally established organisation with a strong footprint across the Nordics, seeking a commercially minded FP&A professional to support regional decision-making during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with Finance and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality insight, robust forecasting, and meaningful performance analysis.
The Role
- You will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis across the Nordics region, with exposure to both strategic and operational finance activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, including the financial translation of demand and supply planning assumptions
- Ownership and contribution to month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Delivering insight-led analysis to support commercial decision-making and performance optimisation
- Monitoring and analysing OPEX and Advertisement & Promotion spend, providing clear visibility and recommendations
- Playing a central role in the preparation of the monthly management reporting deck, partnering with the business to tell a clear performance story
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working across FP&A
About You
- Strong experience within FP&A or commercial finance in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders outside of Finance
- Proactive, improvement-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Confident working with forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting at regional level
