As Head of Demand Planning, you'll lead the demand planning function, driving robust demand forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) execution. This role is central to translating business strategy into operational reality, connecting sales, marketing and category insights to build accurate short and long-term plans.
- Lead the demand planning team to develop robust demand forecasts incorporating inputs from sales, marketing and category functions.
- Manage and drive efficient execution of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across the group, delivering supply chain cost, service and cash objectives.
- Lead monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring excellent supply chain input and cross-functional alignment on demand and inventory strategy.
- Build capability and develop talent within the demand planning team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
- Proven operational experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Demonstrated track record of implementing best practice demand planning methodologies.
- Experience delivering performance in transformation or turnaround environments, with ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
- Proven people management experience with the ability to develop, coach and attract talent.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
This is a hybrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
