Position Overview: As E-Commerce Manager, you will own the complete Shopify ecosystem across multiple regions and storefronts. You will be responsible for driving conversion performance, ensuring flawless user experience, and turning traffic into revenue. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where you will partner with performance marketing, retention marketing, and creative teams to execute strategy and deliver results. You will report directly to the co-founders and Head of Performance & Digital, giving you direct influence over the company's e-commerce direction.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end e-commerce performance across all Shopify storefronts, ensuring fast load times, seamless UX, and optimised conversion rates across regions.
- Define and execute e-commerce strategy across product categories, tailoring site experience, merchandising, and landing pages by campaign and traffic source.
- Conduct regular full-site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues, tracking gaps, and mobile versus desktop inconsistencies.
- Lead new site builds from brief to launch, acting as the internal lead across designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on brief.
- Support retail-connected platforms including major retailers, maintaining direct-to-consumer level performance and quality standards.
- Lead conversion rate optimisation through structured A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
- Implement and test e-commerce software, CRO tools, analytics, tracking, and personalisation solutions with clean integrations.
- Own performance reporting across conversion rate, average order value, revenue by site and region, and funnel-level performance.
- Translate insights into clear actions and share regular updates with leadership and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience managing direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations.
- Deep, hands-on experience managing and optimising Shopify stores.
- Proven conversion rate optimisation and experimentation experience with structured testing frameworks.
- Experience managing multiple storefronts or regions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with clear understanding of e-commerce analytics and attribution.
- Extremely high attention to detail with ability to spot UX friction and technical issues.
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end from concept through execution and reporting.
- Experience with e-commerce tools, CRO platforms, and analytics integrations.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
