As part of this close-knit team, you will have the freedom to shape and grow your own market within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. You will have access to existing clients across multiple industries, many of which have technical and engineering requirements, giving you a strong foundation to build from. Whether you are a 360 Recruitment Consultant ready to take full ownership or a 270 Consultant who thrives on delivery and client development, this is your chance to make a visible impact on the business's next growth phase.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and managing your own Engineering & Manufacturing desk (perm or temp your choice).
- Leveraging existing client relationships to uncover new engineering vacancies.
- Developing new business through networking, outbound activity, and relationship management.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to placement.
- Working closely with an experienced and energetic team of sector specialists.
- Contributing to the Manchester branch’s success and helping it reach its full potential.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment - ideally within Industrial, Construction, Trades, or Engineering markets.
- A track record of developing business and building strong client relationships.
- Someone with drive, resilience, and grit - a self-starter who loves creating opportunities.
- Confident working autonomously in a small but ambitious team.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred (but not essential).
