The role
Nurture at Oldbury Park opens in April 2027, in partnership with Central Region Schools Trust. We are looking for a Nursery Manager to open and lead it. You will shape the setting from its early planning through to welcoming its first families, then lead it day to day. You will build a team of Nurture Partners around the 8-family Key Person model, with an established team and head office behind you.
Hours
37.5 hours per week
What we're looking for
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Minimum 3 years' management experience in an early years setting
- Confidence holding Ofsted standards and ratios without losing sight of relationship-centred practice
- Comfortable building a new team from the start
- Understanding of, or openness to, nature-based and relationship-centred practice. We will support your development in our methodology.
- Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
