We're seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our 3-5s team. You'll work with a small, dedicated caseload of 8 families, supporting children's development through nature-based learning and relationship-centred practice. This is a unique opportunity to work in an outdoor environment where children learn through play, exploration, and authentic relationships. You'll be part of a supportive team committed to professional development and evidence-based practice grounded in neuroscience and social pedagogy.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible part-time available)
What we're looking for:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent (Level 2 with commitment to progress considered)
- Experience working with 3-5 year olds, preferably in an outdoor setting
- Understanding of child development and social pedagogy
- Commitment to relationship-centred practice and continuous professional development
- Ability to work outdoors in all weathers
- First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
