The role
We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to work with our youngest learners aged 2-3 years. You'll support children's development through gentle, responsive care and play-based learning in our nurturing outdoor environment. This is an ideal role for someone who believes in slowing down, respecting children's natural rhythms, and building authentic relationships with children and families.
Hours
40 hours per week
What we're looking for
- Level 2 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Experience working with toddlers and young children
- Understanding of attachment theory and responsive caregiving
- Patience, warmth, and genuine love of working with young children
- Commitment to outdoor learning in all weather conditions
- Team player with good communication skills
