We are preparing to launch a new children's residential home and are looking for a passionate, motivated and child-centred Registered Manager to lead the development and registration of our service.

What are we looking for:
- Applicants must meet the applicable Ofsted registration requirements for a Registered Manager, including the relevant experience, qualifications and suitability criteria.
- strong deputy manager with substantial experience ready to step up
- We welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career, provided they can demonstrate the necessary experience, competence and suitability for registration.
- Level 5 completed desirable but will accept those completing currently
- Experience of setting up new home desirable
- Passionate about therapeutic trauma informed care for children
- Supervising and managing residential childcare staff and leadership experience
- Knowledge and experience of supporting quality standards, audits and Ofsted inspections
