We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive Estate Manager to oversee the management and performance of a large residential portfolio of over 3,500 social housing properties. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of 3,500+ social housing properties
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant housing legislation, health & safety regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage property standards, maintenance programmes, and contractor performance
