We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale a more performance-led marketing approach across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role, combining demand generation, campaign execution, and closer alignment with sales to drive pipeline and growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to shape campaigns, improve conversion, and build a more data-led marketing engine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies across key sectors
- Work with service line leaders to shape messaging and campaigns
- Contribute to targeted account and sector-based marketing activity
- Build and scale outbound programmes to generate high-quality pipeline
- Create outreach and nurture sequences to support lead generation
- Support delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Support website optimisation (CRO, landing pages, lead capture)
- Contribute to SEO and content improvements
- Assist in managing paid campaigns and performance optimisation
- Run test-and-learn activity to improve campaign effectiveness
- Develop marketing assets and toolkits to support sales conversations
- Support campaign-led engagement with target sectors and accounts
- Track and report on marketing performance (leads, pipeline, conversion)
- Support development of attribution and reporting approaches
- Contribute to CRM development and marketing integration (Microsoft Dynamics)
About You
- Experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a similar growth-focused role
- Good understanding of SEO, CRO, PPC, and outbound marketing principles
- Commercial mindset with an interest in how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and performance metrics
- Experience collaborating with sales or commercial teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proactive, curious, and keen to develop into a more strategic growth role
- Experience in B2B services or similar sectors is advantageous
- Opportunity to step into a broader, more strategic marketing role
