Looking for a role where you can make a real operational impact across a large, fast-moving business? We’re looking for a Fleet Coordinator to support the management of a 2,000+ vehicle fleet across the Nurture Group, helping keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently and safely every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Keep our fleet running efficiently and minimise vehicle downtime
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure service standards are met
- Support compliance, insurance claims and fleet-related processes
- Analyse data and reporting to drive better decision-making
- Coordinate vehicle requirements across the business
- Support day-to-day fleet operations and continuous improvements
What we’re looking for
- Previous fleet management experience (ideally 2+ years)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and systems (Excel experience ideal)
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Great communication skills and ability to work across teams
