Responsibilities:
- Care, maintenance, and presentation of interior plant displays across client sites.
- Plant watering, pruning, cleaning, and general upkeep to ensure the plants are healthy and attractive.
- Identifying plant health issues, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure consistent quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience and skills in Plant Operations and Plant Maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of maintenance & repair processes related to plant care.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide outstanding client service.
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in horticulture or a similar role is preferred.
