This is a full-time remote role for a Pest Control Technician at Nurture Group. The technician will be responsible for performing routine pest control services, employing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Daily tasks include evaluating pest issues, implementing effective control strategies, maintaining service records, and providing customers with guidance and support. The role demands proactive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:- Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) skills for effective prevention and eradication of pests.
- Knowledge in PEST techniques and understanding of industry tools and products.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, assess needs, and provide guidance.
- Experience with Lawn Care practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Certification in pest control or a related field is preferred.
