About The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll step into classrooms across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, ensuring pupils continue to receive engaging, high-quality learning during staff absences.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of primary year groups
- Creating a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
- Encouraging pupils to remain focused and motivated throughout the school day
- Managing behaviour effectively in line with each school's policies
- Providing clear feedback to teaching staff following each assignment
- Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff
- Adapting quickly to different classroom environments and routines
- Following safeguarding and school procedures at all times
About You
This opportunity would suit teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Are confident teaching across different year groups
- Can quickly adapt to new classroom settings
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are reliable, organised, and professional
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
