Nurture Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate PMLD Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist setting in Cranleigh. This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs.
The Role
- Providing tailored support to pupils with complex physical, medical, and learning needs, helping them to access learning in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with PMLD on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and medical needs where required.
- Supporting communication using appropriate strategies and resources.
