The Role - ICT Primary Teacher
- Planning and delivering high-quality ICT and Computing lessons across KS1 and KS2.
- Teaching coding, programming, digital literacy, online safety and computer science.
- Supporting pupils in developing confidence and competence with technology.
- Creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that motivate pupils.
- Working alongside school leaders and teaching staff to enhance ICT provision.
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress in Computing and ICT.
- Promoting safe and responsible use of technology throughout the school.
Requirements - ICT Primary Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working as an ICT Primary Teacher, Computing Teacher or Primary Teacher with responsibility for ICT.
- Strong knowledge of the Primary Computing Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A passion for technology and digital learning.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
