The Role
As a Flexible Primary Supply Teacher, you'll provide high-quality classroom cover across a range of year groups, ensuring pupils continue to receive engaging and effective learning during teacher absences.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Creating a calm, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with individual school policies
- Adapting confidently to different schools and classroom settings
- Encouraging pupil participation and maintaining continuity of learning
- Providing feedback to school staff following each assignment
- Upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting pupil wellbeing at all times
