Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role, based in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, for a Team Leader at Nurture Care Group. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations within our therapeutic residential home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for children. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising team members
- Maintaining compliance with care standards
- Fostering a nurturing and safe environment
- Supporting therapeutic interventions
- Monitoring performance
- Providing training and guidance
- Maintaining strong relationships with both the children and team to achieve positive outcomes
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire, guide, and develop staff
