We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help shape and deliver our marketing activity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver content plans across email, social media, blogs, collateral, print materials, and website updates.
  • Execute marketing campaigns for both prospects and existing customers.
  • Deliver engaging email campaigns focused on driving leads and nurturing relationships.
  • Support organic lead generation through content and SEO, including local (AIO) optimisation.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral to support the sales team.
  • Update and optimise website content using WordPress.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Support the wider lead generation process by helping execute campaigns that drive awareness and opportunities.

Skills And Experience

  • Strong understanding of the customer journey, lead generation, and marketing funnel.
  • Experience using HubSpot, email marketing tools, Canva, Adobe Express, WordPress.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ideally able to make basic design adjustments using templates.
  • Preferably experienced within the estate agency or property industry.
