Main Responsibilities

- Lead client communication across the full lifecycle including onboarding, strategy development, campaign planning, execution and reporting.
- Translate client business objectives into clear digital marketing strategies across channels such as social media, paid media, content, search and email.
- Develop account plans that identify growth opportunities and manage budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

We want someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is ready to step into a more strategic and relationship-focused role.
Essential
- Proven experience in digital marketing (for example, performance marketing, paid media, content, email or social) ideally 3 years or more.
- Strong understanding of digital channel metrics and how marketing drives business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A consultative mindset, comfortable advising clients and offering strategic guidance.
- Confidence managing budgets and linking marketing activity to measurable business results.

- Perkbox membership – discounts, treats, and perks at your fingertips.
- Death in service cover – peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
