As a Project Manager at Nurtur Ltd, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our SaaS solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of client projects, from onboarding and implementation to post-launch support, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally with developers and product teams, and is passionate about scaling processes that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of up to 30 active projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality launches.
- Lead client onboarding and guide them through implementation, customisation, and go-live.
- Create and maintain delivery forecasts, using tools like Monday.com to manage project schedules, capacity planning, targets, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Facilitate and contribute to internal and client-facing meetings, including sprint planning and delivery check-ins.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to define project scope, manage dependencies, and produce bespoke project briefs.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure technical deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.
- Support project troubleshooting, including Google Console/API key setup, debugging, and basic CMS (e.g., WordPress, Elementor) configuration.
- Develop repeatable systems and processes that improve forecasting accuracy and delivery efficiency.
- Provide post-implementation support and manage aftercare to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing SaaS or software delivery projects, ideally within a related industry.
- Ability to manage a high volume of projects at various stages – onboarding, mid-cycle, and live support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and pivot in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both client-facing and internal.
- Proficient in project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Familiarity with web technologies, including WordPress, Google Console, and Elementor.
- Experience working closely with developers and technical teams.
- Comfortable handling issues when projects go off-track – solution-oriented and resilient under pressure.
- Project Management certification (Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
