At Nurtur Limited, we are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead and execute defined business projects that enhance our operations, customer experience, and scalability. From new product implementations and process redesigns to internal change initiatives, you’ll be responsible for driving projects from concept to completion—ensuring they deliver tangible value. You’ll work cross-functionally and interact directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, define success, and deliver outcomes. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on clarity, coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of key internal business projects
  • Define clear project scope, objectives, success criteria, and KPIs upfront
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders—including customers—to gather input, manage expectations, and validate outcomes
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and timelines
  • Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting on progress, blockers, and performance metrics to the Senior Management Team (SMT)
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, including status updates, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources, managing priorities and dependencies
  • Ensure training, handovers, and adoption plans are in place post-delivery
  • Support a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement

About You

  • 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in a business or operations environment
  • Track record of delivering internal or customer-facing projects with measurable impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—including direct customer interaction
  • Strong delivery mindset with attention to detail and ownership
  • Skilled at defining and tracking success criteria, KPIs, and ROI
  • Confident presenting project updates and reports to senior leadership
  • Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
  • PM certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, AgilePM) is desirable but not essential
