Brief Your Market, part of the nurtur. group, is looking for a Customer Success Trainer to join our team. The nurtur. group is a diverse group of businesses focused on delivering maximum potential growth to Estate and Letting Agents. Using our unique bespoke software and strategically designed marketing packages, we generate and nurture leads for our clients to expand their market share.

The opportunity involves leading the delivery and execution of our sales and customer success onboarding and training programs. You will partner with various teams to ensure that customers are equipped with effective go-to-market strategies using our platform.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Delivering live and virtual onboarding and training programs for customers in 1-2-1 and webinar-type forums.
  • Supporting the wider business and customers to understand the full breadth of the platform.
  • Owning the outcomes of your training programs and ensuring increased product adoption and ROI.
  • Being accountable for the set-up of new customers and delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience.
  • Recognising up-sell opportunities by understanding customers’ requirements and goals.
  • Delivering top-notch internal customer service by maintaining detailed records of interactions.
  • Travelling to other offices to conduct regional trainings and workshops.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the onboarding process for new accounts via telephone and site visits throughout the UK.
  • Conducting both online and on-site training sessions.
  • Demonstrating ROI from the outset.
  • Ensuring new accounts are implemented and trained to a high standard.
  • Maintaining customer liaison and inputting information into the CRM database.
  • Upselling other products to increase revenue.
  • Making regular contact with clients through various communication methods.
  • Assisting in customers’ marketing communications and dealing with queries.
  • Building strong customer relationships with users and stakeholders.
  • Presenting the company professionally to customers.
  • Arranging testimonials and case studies from new customers.

About you:

  • Experience in project/account management, client services, or training.
  • Experience in the property industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel UK wide with possible overnight stays.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Good Microsoft Office and ideally CRM knowledge.
  • A can-do attitude and high self-motivation.
  • Great organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • The ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Marketing experience is desired.

This position is based out of our Brief Your Market office in Little Eaton, a beautiful village on the outskirts of Derby, with free on-site parking and local amenities. Working hours are 9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Hybrid working will be available after the probation period.
