Position Overview

At Nurtur, we build technology and services that help our customers grow. As our products and platforms continue to evolve, we are looking for a Head of Projects and Change to lead complex delivery initiatives that support both our internal operations and the solutions we provide to customers.
This role sits at the heart of how we turn ideas into reality. You will lead the delivery of technology, product development, and operational improvement initiatives, ensuring projects move from concept through to successful adoption.
Working closely with our engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams, you will help shape delivery strategy, bring structure to complex initiatives, and ensure new systems, tools, and capabilities are successfully implemented across the business.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Delivery Leadership
Lead high-impact technology and operational initiatives that support Nurtur’s growth and product roadmap.
  • Deliver complex cross-functional projects spanning technology, product development, and business operations.
  • Work with senior leadership to define project objectives, success metrics, and delivery plans.
  • Translate business strategy into clear, structured delivery programmes.
  • Help prioritise initiatives across teams to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value work.
Technology & Product Delivery
Support the successful development and delivery of Nurtur’s technology platforms and internal systems.
  • Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, and operational teams.
  • Ensure projects move smoothly from requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with technical leadership on solution approaches and integration planning.
  • Maintain structured delivery practices including roadmaps, backlogs, timelines, and progress reporting.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Act as a central point of coordination across teams and leadership.
  • Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the Senior Management Team.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, delivery reviews, and cross-team planning sessions.
  • Support decision-making by presenting clear options, risks, and recommendations.
  • Build strong working relationships across product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
Change Management & Business Adoption
Ensure new systems, processes, and capabilities are successfully embedded into the organisation.
  • Assess the impact of new initiatives on teams, workflows, and customer delivery.
  • Develop communication, training, and adoption plans for new tools and processes.
  • Support teams through change and ensure new capabilities are understood and effectively used.
  • Track benefits realisation and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful outcomes.
Delivery Governance & Risk Management
Maintain clear structure and accountability across projects.
  • Establish project plans, delivery milestones, and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify and manage risks across systems, teams, and dependencies.
  • Ensure changes to scope, timelines, or resources are clearly understood and managed.
  • Maintain documentation including delivery dashboards, status reports, and post-project reviews.
Release & Operational Readiness
Support the successful rollout of new platforms, tools, and features.
  • Coordinate release planning across engineering and operational teams.
  • Ensure operational teams are prepared for new systems or changes.
  • Oversee documentation, training materials, and handover processes.
  • Work with operations to continuously improve delivery and deployment processes.
Leadership & Culture
Help strengthen Nurtur’s delivery capability as the company grows.
  • Support and mentor project and delivery team members.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Encourage continuous improvement in how we deliver projects and technology initiatives.
  • Help establish best practices for project and programme delivery across the business.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years experience delivering technology, software, or operational change initiatives.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex cross-team projects.
  • Experience working closely with engineering or product teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leadership.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and delivery management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience delivering digital products or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience implementing organisational change or operational improvements.
  • Experience using delivery tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM.
