- Excellent organisational, communication, and delivery management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Experience delivering digital products or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience implementing organisational change or operational improvements.
- Experience using delivery tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM.
