Nurtur is a marketing ecosystem specialising in the estate agency sector, connecting every stage of the customer journey and bringing together lead generation, nurturing, communication, and conversion into a single platform. Our technology helps estate agents deliver smarter, automated, and more meaningful customer experiences across multiple channels, enabling them to build stronger relationships, improve engagement, generate more opportunities, and drive long term business growth.
At Nurtur, we combine marketing technology, automation, AI, and customer strategy to help estate agents modernise the way they attract, communicate with, and convert customers. Our focus is not simply on providing software, but on becoming a long term strategic partner that helps our clients continuously evolve, grow, and succeed.
We're looking for a creative, organised and client-focused Client Marketing Executive to join our team and help deliver high-quality email marketing campaigns and newsletters for our customers. Many of our clients choose Nurtur not only for our marketing technology, but for the expertise and support of our team in helping them bring their marketing communications to life.
As a Client Marketing Executive, you'll work directly with a portfolio of clients who use our managed marketing services, helping them plan, create and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns that support their wider business and marketing objectives. You'll spend time speaking with clients to understand what they want to communicate, who they want to reach and what they are looking to achieve. From there, you'll help turn their requirements into effective email campaigns and newsletters, providing guidance around content, design, structure and email marketing best practice.
This is a hands-on, client-facing marketing role, so you'll need to be equally comfortable speaking with customers as you are reviewing content, coordinating campaigns and working with creative and production teams. You'll work closely with our internal copywriting, design and production teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, accurate, on-brand and delivered on time, while remaining the key point of contact for the client throughout the process. You'll also have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and ideas to campaigns, helping clients continually improve their communications rather than simply delivering the same activity each month.
Previous experience within email marketing, campaign creation, digital marketing or a similar marketing role would be highly desirable.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Managing the delivery of email marketing campaigns and newsletters for a portfolio of Nurtur clients
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their main point of contact for their managed email marketing activity
- Speaking with clients to understand their campaign requirements, objectives, target audiences, key messages and priorities
- Helping clients plan their email marketing activity and providing guidance on how campaigns can best support their wider marketing and business goals
- Advising clients on email marketing best practice, including campaign structure, messaging, calls to action, frequency, audience targeting and engagement
- Turning client conversations and requirements into clear, actionable campaign briefs
- Working closely with our copywriting, creative and production teams to bring campaigns and newsletters to life
- Reviewing email designs and content to ensure they meet the client's brief, brand and objectives
- Proofreading campaigns thoroughly to ensure content is accurate, grammatically correct, professionally presented and ready for client approval
- Presenting campaigns to clients and managing feedback, revisions and amendments through to final approval
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and within agreed timescales
- Supporting the scheduling and distribution of email campaigns on behalf of clients
- Reviewing campaign performance and using results to help inform future activity and recommendations
- Proactively suggesting campaign ideas, themes and opportunities that could help clients improve engagement with their audiences
- Creating or supporting the creation of bespoke marketing campaigns in response to ad-hoc client requirements
- Supporting creative content and simple design requirements where appropriate
- Keeping client information, campaign activity and interactions accurately recorded within our CRM and internal systems
- Managing multiple client campaigns, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- Identifying any client concerns or service risks and escalating these appropriately
- Developing a strong understanding of the estate agency sector, our clients and the types of marketing campaigns that generate engagement
- Working collaboratively with wider teams across Nurtur to ensure clients receive a joined up and positive experience
What Good Looks Like:
- Clients feel confident that their email marketing is being managed professionally and proactively
- You build positive, trusted relationships with the clients you work with
- Campaigns and newsletters are delivered accurately, creatively and on time
- Client briefs are clearly understood and translated into high-quality marketing communications
- Campaign content and designs reflect each client's individual brand rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach
- Clients receive useful guidance and recommendations rather than simply having their requests processed
- Email marketing best practice is consistently applied across campaigns
- Client feedback and amendments are handled quickly and professionally
- Campaign performance is understood and used to help improve future activity
- You proactively bring ideas and recommendations to clients
- Multiple campaigns and deadlines are organised and managed effectively
- Clients receive a consistently high standard of communication and service
