Here at Nurslink we are currently recruiting experienced Community nurses to support an NHS trust in the Birmingham area. Essential
- Band 5 or above.
- Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Registered nurse with a current NMC pin
- Relevant Nursing qualifications
- Hardworking RGN/ RGN
- 6 months recent experience working as a Community nurse
- 2 clinical references that cover 3 years work experience
- Valid DBS certificate

Responsibilities
- Carry out care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
- Co -ordinate care and liaise with other healthcare professionals, community services.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
