Here at Nurslink we are currently recruiting experienced Community nurses to support a number of NHS trusts across the London area. Our recruitment consultants are dedicated to work with you and your availability, so if you have additional spare time or looking to increase your income, we have full flexibility work opportunities available across Weekdays, Weekends, Days and Nights. We work around you.

Location: London.

Essential:

  • Band 5 or above.
  • Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Registered nurse with a current NMC pin.
  • Relevant Nursing qualifications.
  • Hardworking RGN/ RGN.
  • 6 months recent experience working as a Community nurse.
  • 2 clinical references that cover 3 years work experience.
  • Valid DBS certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
  • Co-ordinate care and liaise with other healthcare professionals, community services.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
