Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing an individual with an Acquired Brain Injury with support to access the community, complete daily admin tasks, support to their hospital appointments, and enjoy days out such as bowling, eating out, and cinema.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in accordance with individual care plans
- Assist with behaviour management techniques
- Provide person-centered support with empathy, compassion, dignity, and respect, always promoting independence and choice
Experience:
- Prior experience in patient care preferred
- Proficiency in behaviour management techniques
