Looking to work alongside someone who’s rebuilding their life with purpose? We’re seeking a thoughtful, proactive Support Worker to assist a gentleman in Bridgwater living with the effects of a brain injury. This client is highly independent and has big goals – from gym sessions and social outings to one day travelling the UK and beyond. You’ll be there to support his journey, providing gentle structure, light admin support, and consistent encouragement. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term connection and make a real impact – all without personal care duties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing companionship and light home admin support
  • Supporting with community access (clubs, events, social outings)
  • Encouraging healthy routines and activity goals
  • Accompanying future trips (company-funded travel if required!)
  • Acting as a calm, consistent presence who respects autonomy

Ideal Experience:

  • Confident supporting brain injury, memory challenges, or fatigue
  • Calm communicator with strong emotional awareness

  • Must hold a valid UK driver’s license and have business insurance
