We are looking for an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide specialist homecare support for a client with a spinal injury in Colchester. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist complex care including:
- Autonomic Dysreflexia management
- Suprapubic Catheter care & Bladder Washouts
- Blood Pressure Monitoring
- Non-Invasive BiPAP Ventilation & Cough Assist
- Nebulised Medication & Oxygen Saturation Monitoring
- Stoma Care (Ileostomy)
- Support the client’s emotional wellbeing and daily routines
- Promote independence while ensuring safety
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and multidisciplinary team
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced in complex clinical care for spinal injury clients
- Confident using specialist clinical equipment and managing emergencies
- Empathetic, reliable, and proactive
- Able to commit to 4 shifts per week, 5pm–9pm
