We are looking for an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide specialist homecare support for a client with a spinal injury in Colchester. Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist complex care including:
    • Autonomic Dysreflexia management
    • Suprapubic Catheter care & Bladder Washouts
    • Blood Pressure Monitoring
    • Non-Invasive BiPAP Ventilation & Cough Assist
    • Nebulised Medication & Oxygen Saturation Monitoring
    • Stoma Care (Ileostomy)
  • Support the client’s emotional wellbeing and daily routines
  • Promote independence while ensuring safety
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical and multidisciplinary team

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced in complex clinical care for spinal injury clients
  • Confident using specialist clinical equipment and managing emergencies
  • Empathetic, reliable, and proactive
  • Able to commit to 4 shifts per week, 5pm–9pm
