We’re hiring a Time Sheet Nurse (Community - Complex Care Oversight) to support our Children’s Complex Care contract across Hampshire. At NursLink Homecare, we’re a supportive and growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, effective care for children with complex health needs - while supporting and developing our care teams.

What you'll be doing:
- Conducting clinical assessments for new and existing clients.
- Developing, reviewing, and updating person‑centred care plans and risk assessments.
- Providing clinical guidance and support to care teams in the community.
- Auditing Medication Administration Records (MAR charts) and addressing any issues.
- Delivering clinical training and supporting staff development.
- Assessing and signing off staff competencies.
- Monitoring care quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Escalating clinical concerns to the Head of Clinical when required.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication with all stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs.
- Background in community or home care settings.
- Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, and medication management.
- Experience delivering training and assessing staff competencies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Hampshire.
