About the team and what we do: The Screening department is the first stage in the NMC’s fitness to practise process. What you’ll bring: We are looking for individuals with:
- Experience of managing a caseload or large varied portfolio of work.
- Experience of working as part of a team and independently, to deliver against individual targets and organisational objectives.
- Experience of working to strict timescales.

- Demonstrable experience of communicating by telephone, emails and letters.
- Experience of delivering exemplary customer care in a fast paced and challenging environment.
