Client is looking for a Team Leader to join a team offering a comprehensive residential service for young people with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour aged between 10-18 years. Our aim being to ensure the physical, social, emotional care and development of the young people.
MUST HAVES
- Qualifications are essential, i.e., Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Or a willingness to undertake training within 12 months of commencement of employment.
- At least two years’ experience relevant to residential care within the last five years.
