We are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to join children’s residential homes across St Helens and Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential childcare professional who is passionate about supporting children and young people and wants to take the next step in their career.
The role:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people aged 8-18. You will help create a safe, stable and nurturing environment while supporting young people with their emotional, social and practical development. You will also take a lead role within the home, supporting the wider staff team and helping to ensure care is delivered in line with individual care plans and safeguarding requirements.
