What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or young people in a residential, education, SEN, or support setting
- Ability to work a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
- Warm, patient, and professional approach to supporting vulnerable young people
