Nursing Direct Limited is seeking compassionate Complex Care Assistants to support children with complex health needs in their own homes across North London. You will work with families and clinical teams to deliver safe, person-centred care that promotes safety, comfort and wellbeing.
A patient, empathetic approach and ability to follow care plans are essential. Paediatric experience in tracheostomy, gastrostomy, ventilator support or seizure management is preferred.
