Job Description
About the roleSupporting the investigations completed by our external law firms, you will be responsible for collaborating with the case managers, and ensuring the team achieves their objectives, meets KPI’s and works as efficiently and effectively as possible.Utilising your communication skills you will ensure the smooth running of work completing externally, and respond to complaints and queries as and when required. You will support the team providing your expertise and utilising your coaching skills to ensure they have the confidence to progress with their case load.
As a senior you will have responsibility for your own case load, which will include the more complex cases that you will be responsible for progressing and you will be required to draft letters and liaise with a number of stakeholders both internally and externally.
About You
- Demonstrable experience of regulatory casework and case management with excellent customer service
- Experience of coaching and oversight of the wider teams case work,
- Confidence to deputise for case managers when required.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to adapt your approach for a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills where you will review case workload and provide recommendations for improvements where required.
