We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our busy team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent administrative skills, and is confident communicating with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and outgoing calls
- Provide administrative support to the office.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately and in line with company policies.
- Support the full 360° recruitment process from candidate registration through to placement.
- Liaise with nurses and healthcare professionals via telephone and email.
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Book nurses into available shifts and maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Update and maintain recruitment databases and candidate files.
- Assist with recruitment advertising and candidate sourcing where required.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call service on a rota basis, shared with the office team.
- Provide professional support to clients and nurses outside normal office hours, assisting with urgent staffing requirements, shift cover, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Be able to provide support to other departments in the office.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Essential
- Previous experience in recruitment administration or recruitment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- On-call rota, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.
