Main Responsibilities:
  • Work across a variety of client settings.
  • Assess and evaluate patient health conditions and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
  • Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Promote best practices in health and safety and security.
  • Work autonomously with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid NMC Pin and UK Nursing Experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices.
