Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Assist with personal care, washing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support patients with eating, drinking, and daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work closely with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote dignity, independence, and safeguarding at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' UK healthcare or care home experience (preferred).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable but not essential.
