The Role
We’re expanding our Newcastle team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of a permanent desk. This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing the full recruitment cycle, and wants a clear path into leadership as the business continues to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building Client Partnerships: Meet clients in person and over the phone to understand their needs and develop long‑term relationships.
- Delivering Quality: Provide a high‑standard service that encourages repeat business and strong referrals.
- Supporting Others: Offer guidance to junior colleagues as the team grows.
- Maintaining Standards: Ensure compliance and service delivery remain consistently high.
Requirements
- Solid experience in recruitment with proven billing success
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confidence in business development and commercial decision‑making.
