Responsibilities:- Work across a variety of client settings.
- Assess and evaluate patient health conditions and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
- Promote best practices in health and safety.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid NMC Pin and UK Nursing Experience.

- Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN: Pay Rate £20.00 - £30.00 per hour.
