Key Responsibilities:- Deliver nursing care across a variety of client settings
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' health conditions
- Create and implement personalized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Work collaboratively with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate records
