About The Role
Nurses UK is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care on temporary assignments. You will work alongside local healthcare teams, adapting to different care settings while maintaining patient safety, dignity and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ needs and plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred nursing care.
- Administer medication and treatments within your competence and in line with local policies.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, maintain accurate records and promptly elevate concerns.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide clear handovers to support continuity of care.
- Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and confidentiality procedures.
- Adapt to each placement’s routines, systems and clinical requirements.
- Work within your professional scope and seek support when needed.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration appropriate to the role.
- Relevant clinical experience for the assignments undertaken.
- Strong communication, organisational and clinical judgement skills.
- A compassionate approach and commitment to safe, respectful care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility.
- Right to work in the UK and satisfactory completion of relevant recruitment checks, references and mandatory training.
Desirable Experience
- Previous agency nursing experience.
- Experience working across different healthcare settings.
- Additional clinical skills or specialist qualifications relevant to the placement

- Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN : Pay Rate £24.00 - £43.50 per hour
- EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
