Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families about health management, recovery, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records complying with healthcare regulations.

- Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN: Pay Rate £20.00 - £35.00 per hour.
