Main Responsibilities:- Work across a rich variety of client settings.
- Assess and evaluate patient health conditions and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
- Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse - RGN / RMN in health and safety and security.
- Work autonomously with minimum supervision.
Must have a valid NMC Pin and UK Nursing Experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices.
Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN:Pay Rate £24.00 - £43.50 per hour. EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN).
